Mustard Greens/Mizuna

Sold in 4-packs.

One of the easiest and fastest fall crops to grow!  Plant each seedling 6” apart in the row, with rows 10-12” apart. Once planted, keep well-watered; do not let the tiny roots dry out!  Provide light shade if possible.  Fertilize weekly with a dilute mix of fish emulsion and liquid kelp (aka seaweed) to promote quick growth and healthy plants.  Very fast to mature but will overwinter under winter protection such as a low-tunnel hoop house.  If plants bolt over the winter, enjoy the flowers in your salads!
