Bok Choy

Sold in 4-packs.  Plant each seedling 8” apart in the row, with rows 10-12” apart. Once planted, keep well-watered; do not let the tiny roots dry out!  Provide light shade if possible.  Fertilize weekly with a dilute mix of fish emulsion and liquid kelp (aka seaweed) to promote quick growth and healthy plants.  Best eaten once plant reaches mature size in late September rather than trying to overwinter them.  Enjoy your bok choy this fall!
